Administrator Peer Review and Licensing Support

Reporting to the CEO, the Administrator - Peer Review and Licensing Support Services, will be responsible for the following aspects of the Manitoba Dental Association:
1. Peer Review
- Dentists and Dental Assistants

a. Process public and member complaints through the Peer Review Process

b. Work directly with the MDA Registrar and Peer Review Chair in the processing of all complaints

c. Maintain accurate and historical records of all complaints

d. Provide annual summary (December 1 - November 30) of complaint resolutions for reporting purposes to the Registrar and Peer Review Chair

e. Provide administrative support to the Peer Review Chair on complaints

f. Maintain high level of confidentiality on all complaints

2. Licensing Support Services

a. Prepare letters of good standing and certificates of standing for dentists and dental assistants

3. Executive Assistant to Peer Review Chair, Deputy Registrar& Mediation Liaisons Officer

4. Continuing Competency

a. Manage the payment and allocation of scanners for Continuing Education providers

b. Prepare and mailout scan cards to new registrants and Members

c. Upload CE records from scanners

5. Update Licensing documents on Database

6. Other duties as assigned by MDA CEO

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
