Job Title: Italian Office Assistant
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Oversee incoming and outgoing mail/courier correspondence.
Utilize project management software, organize and maintain all project-related documentation.
Ensure timely delivery of translations and other services to clients, track payments, and manage payments to freelancers.
Available to perform duties outside the office, going to official government offices, Italian Consulate in Toronto, postal office, etc. using own car or public transit.
Perform basic Italian translations when necessary and within linguistic capabilities.
Undertake other general office duties as required.
**Requirements**:
Prior experience in translation project management is an asset.
Excellent communication skills in English and Italian are essential.
Organized and detail-oriented, team player with strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently and multitasking, even amidst interruptions.
Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Adobe PDF, Gmail, and internet browsers.
Working Hours and Salary:
Full-time position, on contract, office based (location: close to Yorkdale mall).
Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
Monthly compensation $3,500-$4,000
