**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Entering customer orders and dealing with customer requests
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access to important information.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry
- Italian an asset

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in using office software and phone systems for effective communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and files.

Training will be provided.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
