**What you will do**

**Core elements of this role include**
- Deliver appropriate recruitment plans and KPIs based on an understanding of recruitment methods and concepts
- Developing and executing on appropriate sourcing strategies, paying particular attention to diversity initiatives and creative sourcing techniques.
- Partner with Account Managers to source and attract the best qualified talent for our clients.
- Leveraging the firm’s recruitment tools, processes and embrace the branding strategy in the recruitment lifecycle.

**Qualifications**
- 8+ years full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the consulting world
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume environment i.e., an average workload of 20-25 requisitions
- The ability to quickly ramp up to full management of a recruitment portfolio.
- A university degree and related recruitment experience
