**About the role**:
As our first **Technical Recruiter** at Voiceflow, you will be instrumental in helping scale and grow an early-stage startup. We are currently at the Series A stage with under 50 people, and are planning to add 15-20 Flowsters over the next 12 months — you're going to help us do it

**What you'll do**:

- **Full-cycle Recruitment**
- You will own full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on technical recruitment, for all roles at Voiceflow, from interns to leadership
- ** Recruiting Process & Technology**
- You will collaborate with hiring managers to design effective, equitable recruitment processes that make sense — you understand how to track and measure KPIs like CVR to ensure our processes are working and iterate on them when they are not
- As the super admin for BreezyHR (our ATS), you will set-up new roles, customize pipelines and ensure that all data is captured accurately

**What you'll bring**:

- Proven track record building high-performing Technical teams at a Series A-stage company
- A strong background in talent acquisition, with an understanding of how to recruit for roles at varying levels across the business

**Logistics**:

- _Compensation — _we expect to be in the $110,500 - $136,500 salary range for this role, plus ESOP, benefits, etc.
- _ Location _— we are located in Toronto and operate on a Hybrid model where our team comes into the office 2-3 days per week.
