- Build effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of top talent for recurring and hard-to-fill roles in the technology space, including highlighting opportunistic/future strategic hires
- Own the recruitment cycle end-to-end, managing multiple roles across Engineering (Full Stack, Front-End, DevOps, QA, Mobile, Product, etc.)
- Consult with Hiring & Account Managers to identify staff requirements and job-specific objectives
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
- Partner with the HR team on departmental objectives and ad-hoc projects
- Attend job fairs, meet-ups and careers events
- Continuously improve your recruitment key results (time-to-fill, response rates, interview success rates, etc.)
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

**Requirements**:

- 3+ Experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter, in an agency or corporate setting, ideally within the tech industry
- Post-secondary Degree and/or Diploma
- Technical expertise and ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication and skills
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Hangouts, Skype, in-person, etc.)
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement, ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting and continually seek new sourcing options
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, experience with Workable is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
