A Bit About the Opportunity:

Acre security is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team and play a crucial role in identifying and hiring top-tier talent to drive our growth and success.

What You’ll Do:

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be the bridge between exceptional technical talent and transformative opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Talent Acquisition:
    Proactively source, engage, and assess candidates for technical roles, including software engineers, developers, product managers, data scientists, and other specialized positions.
  • Strategic Recruitment:
    Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define job requirements, and design effective recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Experience:
    Create an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication, providing timely updates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Pipeline Building:
    Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of technical talent through networking, direct sourcing, referrals, and innovative recruitment methods.
  • Process Optimization:
    Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analytics to refine recruitment strategies, improve efficiency, and meet hiring goals.
  • Employer Branding:
    Represent acre at industry events, tech meetups, and on social media to attract high-caliber talent.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles, programming languages, frameworks, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring for specialized technical positions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • A passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities.
