Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities and expand client relationships.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR, continually seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and staffing.

Proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent for diverse roles.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in recruitment and brand building.

Experience with CRM systems, preferably in a recruitment or HR context.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Demonstrated customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in business development or sales is a plus.

Pay: $36,258.05-$77,940.59 per year
