Billing Operations Administrator

**Position Overview**: *

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Processing daily subscriber billing - including electronic and paper invoice creation and delivery, and preparation and submission of pre-authorized payment files
- Running, reviewing and actioning all exception reporting for daily subscriber billing processes
- Monitoring and maintaining compliance related activities (tax, payments, etc.)
- Processing subscriber payments, credits and refunds.
- Responding to subscriber billing inquiries (cases assigned to Billing Operations)
- Completion of 1-year post-secondary education in a related field (i.e. Business, Finance, Technical, etc.)
- Minimum 2-3 years in an operations type role
- Familiarity with Xplornet systems and products
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Customer focused with good verbal and written communication skills
- Above average technical aptitude
- Keen attention to detail with an analytical mindset
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Self-motivated - able to work independently
- Creative problem-solving ability
