**Supply Chain Administrator**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Shipping and Receiving**:

- Generate and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels.
- Coordinate with internal drivers (or external freight carriers) to schedule pickups and ensure timely deliveries.
- Inspect incoming paperwork for quality and accuracy, verifying purchase orders and documenting any discrepancies or damages.
- Maintain inventory bar coding and system changes daily
- Update inventory management systems to reflect incoming and outgoing goods.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activities, including inventory levels, orders, and returns.
- Assist in managing inventory counts and audits, providing reports to management as needed.
- Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries regarding order status and shipping information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate communication regarding inventory and shipping issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards related to shipping and receiving
- Filing and matching internal paperwork, ensuring accuracy

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the shipping, receiving, and administrative areas.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in shipping/receiving and administrative roles, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to various weather conditions.

Rate: starting at $22.00/hr.

Location: Woodstock

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
