**Position Summary**

We are looking for someone who lives by our corporate values of Heart, Integrity and Drive. The Development Administrator will be responsible for project budgeting, project tracking, planning, and negotiation to help the company complete projects to schedule, within cost limitations, and to the intended standard. The Development Administrator will aim to support the project team and manager.The Development Administrator is required to manage spreadsheets as part of their job responsibilities. Being proficient in spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, is essential for effectively managing financial data, project timelines, resource allocation, and reporting.
