Our company is looking for a skilled professional who is an independent worker and detail oriented in all aspects of work. He or she will handle daily tasks independently with limited supervision and have a positive approach to problem solving. We're seeking a strong team player who can keep our office running smoothly and make sure that all tasks are completed with accuracy and efficiency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems
- Coordination of logistics for product transportation, including from supplier to Aksh warehouses and from Aksh to clients' warehouses. Involves coordination with customs brokers and transportation firms
- Interact with clients on daily basis - ensuring on-time, high quality service, and solving problems independently
**Requirements**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Independent scheduling and planning
- Organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
**Salary**: $38,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
