Mandate:

Reporting to the department Manager, the Administrative Assistant will support the Ontario Executive team and contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring administrative duties are carried out timely and successfully. The candidate will also provide customer and reception services as needed.


Primary administrative responsibilities include:

• Support Ontario executives in planning and coordinating meetings, managing boardroom logistics, and organizing corporate events.

• Assist departments in compiling data for various reports, clerical tasks, collecting and organizing invoices and other administrative duties as assigned.


Receptionist responsibilities include:

• Greet and direct visitors to appropriate contacts.

• Receive and distribute all forms of correspondence ( incoming faxes).

• Maintain the reception in a tidy and presentable manner.


Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of corporate receptionist or administrative assistant experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Knowledge of general office procedures

• Proficiency in MS Office
