**Administrative Assistant**

Mature individual required for administrative support and to perform a variety of general accounting tasks in a fast paced working environment at our Mississauga office. This position is an in-office position.

**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Chair a daily 15 minute Zoom morning meeting with approximately 30 participants while
- recording simple notes. Distributing these notes to project managers directly after meeting.
- Extract consultants’ daily time from company portal and enter into Quickbooks
- Receive, direct and relay telephone and fax messages. Take adequate messages when required
- Project support for senior management
- Meet on rotational basis with project managers to assist in identification of billable projects
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, trainings and social events
- Assigning and tracking project numbers as required
- Compile data and prepare a variety of reports, if required.
- Recommend actions to resolve discrepancies.
- Investigate questionable data.
- Other administrative duties as required.

**Education and Experience**
- Quickbooks experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Verbal and written communication skills a must.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task a must
- Requires minimum 2-3 years’ experience
