Are you a highly organized and computer-savvy individual with a passion for efficiency and productivity? We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Document Preparation**: Create, format, and proofread documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation.
- **Data Entry and Analysis**: Assist with data entry, data management, and basic data analysis tasks using various software tools.
- **CRM Support**: Utilize your previous experience with Hubspot and Zoho CRM to assist with customer relationship management tasks, updating records, and generating reports.
- **Accounting Support**: Familiarity with Sage 300 will be beneficial in providing support to our finance team for basic accounting tasks.
- **Communication**: Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
- **File Management**: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-organized.

**Requirements**:

- **Computer Proficiency**:Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
- **Previous Experience**: Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to CRM software (Hubspot, Zoho CRM) and accounting software (Sage 300).
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**:Meticulous attention to detail to maintain accuracy in all tasks and documents.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and external parties.
- **Time Management**:Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take on new responsibilities as required.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative attitude with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

**Salary**: $32,538.92-$57,094.08 per year
