**Job Title**: Patient Coordinator and Administrative Assistant

**Based at**: Dermatology on Bloor, 29 Park Road, Toronto, ON

**Reports to**: Medical Director and Practice Administrator

**Hours**:Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm/10:00am - 6:00pm

**Daily Responsibilities**
- Manage high volume of incoming client calls with a rapid response rate and the utmost professionalism and efficiency
- First point of contact for new patient inquiries
- Update, prepare and file client EMR charts
- Perform routine clerical tasks and general administrative support to medical and cosmetic staff
- Operate a variety of standard office machines, including a computer, scanner, a variety of computer software, phone, fax, calculator, shredding machine, and photocopy machine.

**Qualifications**
- College diploma/Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a busy medical office or hospital setting
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Accuro is a plus
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks
- Must be a team player and be able to receive instruction from multiple sources
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Well-developed problem-solving skills a must

**Hourly Rate**

Starting at $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
