_Receptionist & Patient Service Coordinator _
Major Responsibilities:
- Welcoming & greeting clients, checking clients in and out of their appointments
- Processing payments for appointments and products
- Opening and closing procedures
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for clinic practitioners
- Manage administrative tasks for practitioners including faxes, following up with collaborating health care providers, scheduling disputes, and patient inquiries
- Support clinic by providing quality customer service and administrative assistance
- Support clinic by maintaining the physical space of the clinic - basic cleaning and organization
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to work well with a team and independently
- Conscientious and dependable
This is a permanent role with part-time hours. Possibility to transition to full-time hours in the future. This role is scheduled during business hours and will include Saturdays.

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
