**Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator, Toronto Dermatology Centre**

We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated, professional, and experienced administration coordinator to join our medical reception team. Working alongside our team of nurses and physicians, the Patient Care Coordinator will assist with facilitating the administrative elements of each patient encounter and visit. As the main point of contact in the medical clinic, this role has a significant influence on patients experience and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome new and existing patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming, & approachable manner.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Work as part of a team responsible for the front desk customer service, patient intake, & patient billing.
- Receive high volume of phone calls and be able to prioritize calls and real-time patient interaction.
- Register patients and obtains all necessary demographic information and accurately input into electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Operate point of sale transaction terminal for accepting cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Reception and administration support for a clinic with multiple health practitioners.

**Qualifications**:

- Attention to detail is critical.
- Must be able to work well within a team environment.
- Must be able to use professional communication over phone, written word, and in person.
- Very strong computer proficiency and the ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of the EMR system an asset.
- Complete fluency of the English language, including excellent spelling and grammar.
