AGI Food provides engineering solutions and project management services to the food & beverage industry.
**The Opportunity**
We are actively seeking a **Project Coordinator** for AGI Food group located in Woodbridge, ON. This position will be a key component of the Sales Execution team and will be responsible for supporting Project Managers with administrative tasks allowing them to focus on delivering project objectives. This role is responsible for managing the financial M2M & UKG workforce and any other software necessary for Project Management and act as M2M superuser for support requests.
**Responsibilities**
- Opening and preparing the M2M projects/orders and structure for incoming projects.
- Entering and managing cost, budgets, forecasts and change orders on a weekly basis.
- Acting as a superuser for M2M software and updating/maintaining UKG; a go-to person for support requests.
- Overseeing and maintaining project management cycle from financial as well hourly booking for fix price project teams and as well time and material projects.
- Responsible for reviewing actual costs with the Project Leaders, checking for deviations and updating forecast numbers.
- Responsible for triggering down payment and invoicing in collaboration with Project Leaders.
- Maintaining file organizational structure; participating in developing and maintaining project task boards and SharePoint sites.
- Other Duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business or Agriculture is preferred, equivalent experience will be considered as well.
- 3+ years relevant experience in data entry, project support and/or product innovation and development. Preference for experience in agriculture construction, but not required
- Data Management and experience with project management processes.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to prioritize requirements and manage time effectively.
- Experience operating within a matrix organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective collaborator across functional disciplines.
- Ability to thrive & grow in a continuously evolving environment.
- MS Office Proficiency (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams).
- ERP Systems experience and knowledge.
- Financial Project Systems like M2M.
