**Position**: Inside Sales - Project Coordinator

**Location**:Woodbridge, ON

**Salary**:$60,000 - $70,000 per year (depending on experience)

**Industry**:Manufacturing / Inside Sales / Distribution / Project Coordinator

**Employment Term**:Fulltime / Permanent

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with internal and external customers.
- Provide quotes, order entry, coordination of submittal drawings, order changes and revisions, order acknowledgement, among others.
- Support sales support activities, such as quotations, follow-up quotations, sales order processing, outreach to existing customers, and various additional duties.
- Handle project from the order phase, until it is released and delivered.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Post Secondary degree or diploma in a sales/technical/marketing or related field.
- 5 years inside sales experience in a manufacturing or technical production environment.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
