**Administrative Assistant**

**Position Summary**

This is a team oriented environment and everyone is expected to contribute to the overall success of the organization. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to integrate our operations department. Ability to multitask is essential.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Reconcile actual work completed with guard’s time sheet and supervisor notes and create invoices
- Coordinate with payroll clerk and forward the information for employees payroll
- Process and run credit card transaction for customers when needed
- Provide weekly billing reports to Senior Management
- Maintain excellent relationship with our customers and employees
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels within the organization, from security agents to Senior Management and customers, is fundamental in this role
- Assist with special projects as needed

**Qualifications Needed**:

- Bilingual (French and English)
- Strong customer service skills is a must
- At least two years of office work experience
- Show great attention to detail
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Data Entry. Advanced Excel is requested.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
- Experience in the private security industry a plus although not required
- Able to work independently, or in a team setting
- Display dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Maintain a positive attitude

Administrative Duties:

- Scheduling
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Greeting visitors

**Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
