Canadian Helicopters is a helicopter transportation service, maintenance support and flight training company. In business since 1947, Canadian Helicopters is Canada's largest helicopter operator with over 20 locations across the country and a fleet of nearly 100 single and multi-engine aircrafts.

**Administrative**:

- Classification of information in customer and supplier files.
- Enter data into the company's computer system (AS400).
- Write reports in the Windows environment (Word & Excel)
- Prepare information for invoicing.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.

**Operational**:

- Welcome the visitors, customers and answer telephone calls.
- Work in collaboration with staff members for the management and security of customers.
- Help organize transportation and accommodation, according to the crew's needs.
- Perform any other support task with the base manager and the operations assistant.

**Qualifications**

- Studies in office automation and/or administration or relevant experience
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (MS-Word, Excel).
- Good knowledge of English. (an advantage)
- Sense of customer service and professionalism.
- Ability to manage priorities and have good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a variable workload.
- Positive attitude and professional discretion.
- Good written and oral communication skills in French.
