Marketing Coordinator/receptionist

**Daily responsibilities may include**:
**Marketing Coordinator**
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Altec’s products and services.
- Manage social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram) by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Maintaining promotional materials inventory
- Coordinate the production of visual assets, including graphics, videos, and animations, to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking performance metrics, analyzing data, and providing insights for optimization.
- Support the marketing team in organizing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
**Receptionist**
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Managing the reception area, including maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages and coordinating outgoing mail.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders, as necessary.
- Maintaining reception and kitchen area and scheduling maintenance work if necessary.
- Any other responsibilities delegated by the Treasurer/Secretary.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or related field or 2 years' experience as a marketing coordinator
- Proficiency in social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Organized and high attention to detail
- Experienced working with MS Office programs such as Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
- Ability to fluently communicate in English both verbally and written.
