Administrative Assistant/ Social Media Coordinator

- **The Well Medical Clinic**_ has been proudly serving the community since 2010 and we are located in Coquitlam on Austin Ave and Blue Mountain St. We are a **multidisciplinary clinic** with family physicians, chiropractors, acupuncturists, registered massage therapists, and kinesiologists.
We are looking for _**administrative assistants/social media coordinator **_who would like to join our team at the Well Medical Clinic who will also help manage our social media accounts, creating and producing quality content for our diverse client base.
- **Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram.
- Develop and implement strategic digital marketing initiatives and activities to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Assist with order entry and maintaining inventory of office supplies
- Provide project coordination support by organizing documents, tracking progress, and communicating updates to team members
- Assist with various receptionist duties
- **Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in Korean is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
