We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our talented BA team in the Wealth Technology group at CI Wealth. In this role you will play a crucial role in supporting project teams in the successful execution of projects. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in facilitating effective project management.

What You Will Do- Collaborate with project team to develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.- Coordinate project activities, including task assignments and timelines, to ensure smooth execution.- Act as a primary liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors, facilitating communication and collaboration.- Track project progress and milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.- Assist in resource allocation and management, ensuring that team members have the necessary support and tools to succeed.- Manage project documentation and records, including meeting minutes, action items, and deliverables.- Identify potential risks and issues, and work with project managers to develop mitigation strategies.- Support the project team in resolving conflicts, addressing challenges, and maintaining project momentum.- Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What You Will Bring:
Experience- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in project management.

Education/Training- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, is preferred.- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.- Solid communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.- Motivated person with the ability to work independently as well as a contributing member of the team.
