We are looking for a permanent part time experienced Front office Receptionist/Administration person. We are conveniently located at the walking distance from new Vaughan Metropolitan Center Subway station.We are professional and agile.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome customers or visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Provide general administrative support to the office staff
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
