We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team and work directly with the Director of the department. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and an ability to work independently. The Office Administrator will need to immediately respond to any questions from managers and clients, effectively manage their manager's schedule and help to provide insight into how their team can be effective.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and modify documents using a variety of software programs.
- File papers, maintain records, and organize documents.
- Handle correspondence and phone calls from clients.
- Meet with clients to take down information.
- Schedule appointments with outside agencies.
- Perform research for clients.
- Proofread submitted reports to ensure accuracy.

compensation: $18 + based on experience

Employment Type: part-Time.

Hours: 25 hours a week - three days/ week, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Main duties include:

- Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
- Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs.
- Social media marketing experience, online commerce and web development skills are beneficial. In addition, strong written and verbal skills are essential, as is customer service experience.
- Any other duties required to keep our office organized and running efficiently.

Skills and attributes:

- to be organized and efficient
- have the ability to work independently while multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
- at least 2 years Office Administration experience
- Excellent oral and written English skills
- General administrative role with expenses, reporting, employee follow up, etc.
- Experience with Accounting / HR / Marketing / Social Media
