**Mission**:
As the Sales Enablement Specialist at Connect&GO, you will directly report to the Vice President of Sales and play a critical role in equipping our sales teams with the essential tools, knowledge, and skills to effectively engage with our clients and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will encompass creating and maintaining sales content, training materials, and best practices. You will ensure that our sales team, including Account Executives and Solutions Engineers, are proficient, well-supported, and aligned with our business goals. **What you will do as our Sales Enablement Specialist**:

- Develop and refine high-quality sales enablement content, including playbooks, sales process guidelines, and policy documentation.
- Manage and continuously improve the sales content library, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and effectively meet the needs of the sales team.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new sales hires, providing them with the necessary training and resources to succeed in their roles.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to identify and prioritize content development that drives revenue and operational efficiency.
- Implement and oversee the adoption of sales enablement materials and initiatives across the department.
- Assist in updating and refining reports, dashboards, and other tracking tools to ensure the sales team has access to relevant information which helps them maintain focus on set targets.
- Track engagement and effectiveness of sales enablement content through metrics and feedback to continuously improve resources.
- Deliver both virtual and in-person training sessions to ensure ongoing education and skill development across sales roles.
- Stay abreast of the latest sales and industry best practices to ensure Connect&GO remains competitive and our sales strategies are effective.
- Support the VP of Sales in creating a dynamic learning environment and cohesive performance management system that fosters growth and sales excellence.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a closely related field.
- Previous sales experience, especially as an Account Executive, is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability in content creation, facilitation, and delivering engaging learning experiences.
- 1+ year experience with standard configuration and/or administration of relevant sales stack tools such as HubSpot or equivalent.
- Proven project management skills from conception to completion.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- A proactive and self-starting attitude, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to effectively handle deadlines, manage change, and navigate ambiguity.
- Creative and strategic thinking abilities, always seeking innovative ways to enhance sales performance and team capabilities.
