**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities for Sales Assistant**
- Conduct free tastings on supermarkets/clients' stores
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Track all sales activities
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Educating prospects on products through calls
- Learning the wants and needs of customers
- Negotiating purchasing terms with clients or customers
- Find new sales leads through client referrals or cold calling

**Qualifications for Sales Representative**
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent in experience
- 1 year of sales experience
- Good prospecting skills
- Have a knack for selling
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent phone skills
- Self-assured
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Ability to work independently with or without supervision
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferably someone who can drive or have his/her own car.

Salary to be discussed in the interview

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
