**SUMMARY**

The Client Success & Sales Specialist is responsible for generating new business through cold calling and networking, to support our clients by ensuring and providing exceptional service to drive and build on long-term relationships with Cube AI.

This role requires the ability to self-motivate, support clients in their business by demonstrating the benefits of our products and communicate effectively with the clients.

To be successful in this role, strong communication skills, proactive client management, and a strategic approach to relationship building are essential.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct follow-ups to sales presentations to close customer deals.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
- Develop strategies to retain clients and expand the scope of services provided.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client feedback and drive continuous improvement.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, or Business Administration or related area is a strong asset.
- 1 year' experience in sales; prospecting, cold calling, and following up with potential clients; experience in the advertising industry is a strong asset
- 1 year' experience with CRM software and sales tools.
- 1 year' experience with Microsoft Suite
- Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset

- Client Development and Management skill: Adept at building and nurturing client relationships, understanding client needs and turning them into business opportunities.
- Negotiation skill: Ability to influence business outcome and to guide the client to closing deals.
- Curious and innovative mindset: Passion for technology and AI, with an ability to learn technological solutions quickly and identify ways help solve clients' business issues.
- Self-motivated: Tenacity to handle rejection and be results-driven with a passion for achieving targets.
