**Major Responsibilities**:
Your primary responsibilities as a Project Coordinator - Communication Lead will be varied. Specifically, you will:

- Develop and implement communication strategy and plan to engage stakeholders. Define strategy to coordinate communication to stakeholders to minimise stakeholder resistance and manage change for the adoption, and realization of the program benefits.
- Prepare and present a program communication plan, and strategies for rolling out organizational change, inclusive of staff training.
- Support the program team in preparing business units for the adoption of change.
- Leverage the City's organizational change management methodology, techniques, and expertise to lead communication activities of the M365 program.
- Lead the development of organizational communication plans, identify the impact of culture on change initiatives, design approach and develop plans to increase the awareness of these impacts, and identify aspects of culture requiring change to achieve program outcomes.
- Work with project manager to incorporate communications deliverables into the project plan. spanning various topics like stakeholder management, business process reengineering and training
- Support the Portfolio Manager in assessing and devising solutions from a pragmatic and objective perspective, consolidate all findings, and recommendations, with respect to communication and feedback, for the Portfolio Manager, and provide required artefacts in an organized and timely manner for review by the Portfolio Manager
- Partner with Strategic Communications and divisional management on developing and executing the communication efforts across multiple channels, to promote the goals and benefits of the projects.
- Communicate to a variety of stakeholders in a manner that addresses their needs and facilitates the acceptance of the proposed organizational change.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Post Secondary education in a pertinent discipline to the job function (e.g business, public / policy administration, technology) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Considerable experience providing a high level of coordination in a diverse, project-based environment.
- Experience communicating and maintaining a variety of communication channels such as intranet sites, newsletters, FAQs, etc., so that stakeholders have ready access to up-to-date information.
- Experience in creating training strategy and/or delivering training to various groups of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of current change management methodologies, principles, practices, processes, tools, or templates.
- Experience in successfully planning and measuring organizational change.
- Experience working in an organization coordinating the development and delivery of communication artifacts.
