Technology Project Coordinator

We are in search of a proficient and driven IT Project Manager to take charge of various technology initiatives within our organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution and guiding our technology team through the Scrum methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scrum Master Duties: Serve as a Scrum Master by coaching and mentoring the technology team in the adoption of Scrum methodologies. Facilitate essential Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and fostering continuous improvement.
- Transition to Scrum Framework: Lead the shift of our technology team from conventional project management approaches to the Scrum framework. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and plans while monitoring progress to guarantee timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Program Management for Process Improvement: Direct the execution of the Eliminate, Simplify, Automate program aimed at enhancing and automating business processes. Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and automation. Develop and implement program strategies, including resource management, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement, while tracking program success against strategic goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally within an Agile/Scrum context.
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Strong grasp of Scrum principles and practices, with the capability to mentor teams in their implementation.
- Experience in guiding teams through the transition from traditional project management to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven skills in program management, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on achieving high-quality results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with process improvement techniques and automation tools is advantageous.
