**As a People and Culture Manager, Integrations your responsibilities will include**:
- Create, manage and execute a successful cultural integration experience for those who join our firm by way of acquisition and/or as senior professionals
- Act as a liaison between the P&C Directors to project manage the initial onboarding experience of acquired firms
- Represent the cultural integration interests within the larger integration support team and regularly collaborate with the broader integration project team
- Utilize information acquired from due diligence to create a smooth integration experience and surface questions or concerns both pre and post First Day
- Collaborate with senior leaders and P&C colleagues to execute and monitor the impact of the cultural integration processes and framework in the Business Units - including to understand and address subtle and overt barriers to cultural alignment/integration
- Team with Business Unit P&C Managers and Consultants to provide a positive and consistent integration experience post First Day
- Track the overall cultural integration experience and make recommendations to improve the cultural integration framework based on past acquisition feedback and incorporating into future acquisitions
- Continue to work as a key member of the People and Culture team, occasionally providing hands on support to the People and Culture Managers/Consultants in areas outside of M&A as needs dictate
- Build relationships based on trust and transparency and have the courage to know when to push back in order to strengthen relationships
- Role model collaboration, shared leadership, inclusion and coaching orientation in all interactions - every touch leaves a trace
- Promote and support the firm’s employer brand in all activities within the firm and externally
- Work to ensure effective and inclusive communication throughout the business
- Regular travel should be expected in order to support integrations when required. This role will be responsible for leading all integrations east of Winnipeg and will work as a team with the People and Culture Manager, Integrations for the West.
