**Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities**:

- Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensuring legal requirements compliance.
- Maintains accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
- Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Complies with federal, provincial, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
- Contributes to team effort by working very closely with the Operations Directors and the administration.
- Assist with answering telephones and providing information to customers.
- Will work closely with Administration is compiling files into filing system

**Education & Experience**
- Previous bookkeeping experience preferred
