**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage phone calls and other correspondence with Tenants and Landlords.
- Onboard all new Tenants (prepare leases, execute documents, etc.).
- Prepare rent increases.
- Schedule showings for available units.
- Complete exit meetings with Tenants.
- Prepare all paperwork regarding tenant relations (N4's, N5's, etc.)
- Schedule building maintenance with various contractors.
- Check maintenance reports daily.
- Onboarding all new properties.
- Maintain website and other unit/building advertisements.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Coordinate with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure timely response to tenant requests, with occasional onsite visits required.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Experience at a property management company (preferred)
- Experience with Yardi software (highly preferred)
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Above average customer service skills.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
