**Job Profile**:
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing positive and efficient full-cycle recruitment and onboarding support and coordinating efforts with various stakeholders. The incumbent will have a strong customer service focus and ensure all steps within the recruitment experience, onboarding process, and employee life cycle initiatives are completed in a timely manner.

**Job Duties**:
- Provide full-cycle recruitment support including:
- Working with the applicable hiring manager to outline key competencies and qualifications in developing a comprehensive job description and to gain an accurate understanding of recruitment needs
- Posting open requisitions onto relevant job boards both internal and external to the organization
- Scheduling and attending interviews
- Create and present the offer letter and relevant new hire documents prior to the first day of employment.
- Guide new hires and applicable managers through the onboarding training process
- Work closely with various departments such as dispatch, HSE, and trainers to ensure applicable information and appointments are scheduled
- Ensure all pre-employment testing, evaluations, and background checks (if applicable) are completed in a timely manner
- Submit and upload applicable documentation to payroll and internal HRIS
- Other:
- Continuously evaluate the talent acquisition process for improved efficiencies - it is important to challenge the status quo
- Build a strong working relationship with hiring managers to gain perspective on their managerial style, what a team fit looks like for them, and general qualifications within their function
- Participate in job fairs and post-secondary recruitment events and activities
- Assist with various Human Resources and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with coordination of company functions and events
- Proactively monitor relevant changes in employment standards legislation
- Participate and contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience supporting the human resource’s function
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of HR databases
