Admin Assistant/bookkeeper Position

Overview:
**Duties**:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing and payment terms
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and organizing files
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Provide support to the management team with various projects and tasks
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks online.

- Knowledge of account analysis and reconciliation techniques
- Familiarity with budgeting processes
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.40 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
