We are an experienced yet fast-paced and ambitious organization looking to reach new heights and further establish our place within the industry. Based out of our Cambridge Ontario office, we service companies in various industrious throughout North America.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive Base Salary: Range $70,000 to $100,000
- Commission Plans
- Company Bonus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, customer interactions, networking, and internal lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish and sustain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering solutions that fulfill their objectives.
- Create and present engaging sales presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create tailored proposals and negotiate contracts
- Track market trends, competitor actions and industry developments to spot potential business opportunities
- Oversee multiple projects at once, ensuring they are completed on time and continue to be profitable.
- Regularly report on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management team.
- Report directly to the CEO.
- Travel Expectation: Customer visits and/or trade shows

**Qualifications**:

- University or College degree/diploma preferred but not necessary
- Demonstrated success in a business development or sales role is necessary
- Experience in B2B sales is essential
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience with sales software, M-Files and Spire experience is considered an asset
- Proven ability to manage entire sales process from prospecting through close
- Consultative sales approach with above average organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must demonstrate strategic thinking and initiative to dialogue with internal teams and clients to uncover opportunities and explore new ideas
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Languages spoken: English (Fluent), French (Asset)

Work Location: On-site, travel to customers/trade shows.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
