**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.
- Provide clerical support to the accounting team as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks and record management.
- Support front desk operations, including answering phones and greeting clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

**Skills**
- Proficient in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with office procedures and clerical tasks.
- Competence in using Google Suite for document creation and management.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette for handling client communications.
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
