About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Elevate Living Inc. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for managing various accounts, maintaining ledgers and financial statements, and preparing reports.

Job Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including income, expenses, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage and process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent with a focus on finance or accounting.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, strong analytical skills, and excellent attention to detail.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
