**What You'll Do**:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs to enhance organizational culture.

2. Support the planning and execution of internal events, such as team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and company celebrations.

3. Contribute to the creation and distribution of internal communication materials, including employee newsletters, announcements, and cultural content.

4. Conduct research on industry best practices related to organizational culture, employee engagement, and workplace well-being.

5. Participate in the analysis of employee feedback and survey results to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable recommendations.

6. Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures that align with the company's cultural values.

7. Support the onboarding process by helping to integrate new hires into the company culture.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

**What We're Looking For**:
1. Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

2. Strong interest in organizational culture, employee engagement, and HR best practices.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship / Co-op

Pay: $17.50 per hour
