**Position Overview**:
Altea’s ideal Membership Coordinator is incredibly personable with the confidence to spark conversation with anyone. They have an open mind to learning our sales process, inspiring them to actively seek out and engage prospective clients. Their deep product knowledge enables them to share detailed information on our luxury products and services, and ultimately close the sale. They play an instrumental role in increasing our profitability and growth by expanding our member base.
You are a dynamic and results-driven hospitality sales professional. You have a proven track record in high-end sales, with a deep understanding of the wellness market and possess exceptional relationship-building skills. You are thrilled to be part of a team that has established themselves as leaders in the industry, offering exquisite services and amenities complimented by personalized service tailored to the needs of our esteemed clientele.
You have a consistent desire to crush monthly sales targets and obliterate annual revenue goals. You’ve got a healthy appetite for competition and are always striving to win. You’re also tenacious. Not every client is going to be a sale. Resilience is key for this role.
You are committed to cultivating and maintaining relationships with prospective clients and members to generate business opportunities. You proudly represent Altea at community events, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

**As a Membership Coordinator, a typical day might include the following**:
- Consistently reviewing daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- As an individual and as a team, creatively game planning ways to achieve sales goals.
- Conducting presentations and tours of our premium, state-of-the-art facility presenting and offering opportunities for up-sells and add-ons.
- Educating new and current members on membership benefits to maximize service usage.
- Updating and maintaining accurate sales records in our customer relations management software.
**To land this role you need to have;**
- Post-secondary education ideally relating to the health and fitness industry
- Additional certifications or workshops relating to sales, marketing and administration are preferred
- At least 1+ years of experience in a sales role
- Sales experience in the health and fitnes
