**Presentation Centre Specifics**:
As we prepare for the grand opening of our flagship location, our Membership Coordinators host virtual tours and in-person presentations to large audiences via webinar. Your product knowledge of our luxurious services and amenities enables you to create immersive experiences for participants. Through engaging and informative virtual tours, you pre-sell memberships while offering service excellence and online support.

**Position Overview**:
Altea Active’s ideal Membership Coordinator flourishes in a sales environment and is zealous about promoting premium health, and wellness services within our community. You thrive on generating membership sales into our luxury club.

You are a dynamic and results-driven hospitality sales professional. You have a proven track record in high-end sales, with a deep understanding of the wellness market and possess exceptional relationship-building skills. You are thrilled to be part of a team that has established themselves as leaders in the industry, offering exquisite services and amenities complimented by personalized service tailored to the needs of our esteemed clientele.

You have a consistent desire to crush monthly sales targets and obliterate annual revenue goals. You’ve got a healthy appetite for competition and are always striving to win. You’re also tenacious. Not every client is going to be a sale. Resilience is key for this role.

You are committed to cultivating and maintaining relationships with prospective clients and members to generate business opportunities. You proudly represent Altea at community events, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

**As a Membership Coordinator, a typical day might include the following**:

- Consistently reviewing daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- As an individual and as a team, creatively game planning ways to achieve sales goals.
- Conducting presentations and tours of our premium, state-of-the-art facility presenting and offering opportunities for up-sells and add-ons.
- Educating new and current members on membership benefits to maximize service usage.
- Updating and maintaining accurate sales records in our customer relations management software.
