**Summary**:
The Liberal Party of Canada (LPC) is seeking a Fundraising Coordinator to work at the Party’s National Office in Ottawa, joining a dedicated team of staff to support Justin Trudeau and our Liberal team as we work to keep Canada moving forward.

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Fundraising Operations, the Coordinators are responsible for acting as a first point of contact for the Liberal Party of Canada’s fundraising engagement. Coordinators represent the brand and the values of the Liberal Party of Canada to our supporters and Canadians, and work to build support for our party between and during elections. Coordinators handle LPC correspondence with emphasis on fundraising and donor stewardship with the utmost respect for great service, engagement, and professionalism.

**Responsibilities**:

- Categorizing inquiries, assigning inquiries to other LPC departments or triaging inquiries to experts in a particular field
- Make stewardship phone calls to keep LPC donors engaged
- Maintain knowledge of current events, politics, messaging, and training materials

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in some form of customer service and engaging with the public
- Strong ability to sell and fundraise
- Ability to manage databases, confidential information, and responsible payment processes
- Above average skills in building relationships is an asset
- Experience in campaigning, politics, policy and/or government are desirable
- University degree or College diploma in related field or similar work experience
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary
