The Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists is currently recruiting for the position of **Member Outreach Coordinator**. The position is a full-time position working in Ottawa.

**Position Description**

Reporting to the Membership Program Manager, the Member Outreach Coordinator, coordinates components of several member programs and benefits, interacting with members regarding association membership, practice networks, communities of practice, chapter programs and volunteer management. This role is for a fluently bilingual individual.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of progressive coordinator experience; healthcare or non-profit experience an asset
- Community college diploma in Administration or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly; bias for action and attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation; proactive and outgoing communicator with excellent oral and written skills; aptitude for listening, responding and problem-solving
- Good technical skills; ability to manage and analyze data and reporting in a CRM environment; operate Zoom and equivalent platforms; post on a website; develop spreadsheets and presentations
- Equally effective contributor in team and autonomous work situations
- Minimum intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Bilingual mandatory, English and French

**Responsibilities**:
Within the established policies and procedures of the Association, the Member Outreach Coordinator areas of responsibility include:

- Understand, contribute to and co-ordinate all CAOT member services including registration and renewal process.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of all member growth and outreach initiatives including those for lapsed members, new members, students, and Quebec/chapter members.
- Collaborate with Membership Program Manager in support of the Student Engagement Plan and implementation of other priority projects.
- Participate in the Membership Working Group, to contribute to member growth and engagement initiatives, providing expertise on the student file.
- Coordinate workflow priorities within the membership team.
- Provide up-to-date and accurate information to members and non-members, including registration, insurance, benefits, and affinity plans.
- Assist Membership Program Manager in preparing daily and monthly reports and reconciliations, lists to partners and queries related to membership services.
- Assist in maintaining the accuracy of the database - identify account errors, complete member outreach regarding errors, make corrections and open IT tickets as required.
- Assist in maintaining membership services records including relevant processes and procedures.
- Liaise with Finance team regarding membership payments, invoices, and refunds.
- Assist the Membership Program Manager with administration of the Monthly Payment Program and treating past due accounts accordingly.
- Co-ordinate all jobs related to Provisional Associates and maintain accurate spreadsheets, making corrections as required.
- Step in as a back-up to the Membership Program Manager in their absence.
- Provide training, coaching, and feedback to membership staff.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
