The Dass Group, one of Elite Digital's valued clients, are a leader in the production and sales of high-quality steel framing and accessories and also involved in metal exports. They have a team of 300+ employees that are consistently involved in progressing the team's initiatives and goals. After opening their first retail store in 1987 in Toronto, within their 1st year they opened up 3+ stores in the downtown core. The business then expanded into the hospitality and real estate industries, calling for various experts and professionals to join the company.

**JOB SUMMARY**

An Executive Assistant (EA) reports directly to the COO & Head of J Dass Developments and provides support on a one-on-one working relationship. This dynamic role requires an individual who is a quick thinker, possesses a critical mindset, and provides innovative solutions to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the COO's & Head of J Dass Developments ability to effectively lead the company.
- Act as the liaison between all internal and external constituencies for all pertaining to the COO & Head of J Dass Developments, especially factors that are highly confidential and sensitive.
- Coordinate events, executive meetings, recurring client meetings, engagement initiatives and more to correspond with company initiatives and goals.
- Maintain a heavy calendar while coordinating all meeting details, logístical aspects, participants, and more.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to maintain all contracts created by the COO & Head of J Dass Developments to maintain and cultivate on-going relationships.
- Prioritize company initiatives depending on importance and urgency, advising the C-level executives on strategic steps to take.
- Work closely and effectively with the COO & Head of J Dass Developments to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Create and maintain financial statements, budgetary reports, and other documents.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding meetings, conflicts, executive decisions, and more.
- Participate in event management support when pertaining to the COO & Head of J Dass Developments and all internal team upkeep.
- Organize travel arrangements when appropriate.

**EDUCATION & TRAINING**
- Any bachelor's degree

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**
- 5-year years of experience working with C-level executives, working fast-paced initiatives with resilience, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Ability to react with an appropriate sense of urgency to situations that require a rapid turn around.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, clients, and more.
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
- A Highly resourceful team-player with the ability to represent the company and its values when interacting with internal and external individuals.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
