Role Summary:_**

**_Key Job Responsibilities:_**
- Provide confidential administrative support to the Managing Director, and multiple leadership team members
- Handle work-related matters on behalf of - and alongside - the Managing Director, most of which are highly confidential in nature
- Maintaining schedules for meetings and conferences as well as making adjustments based on constantly changing priorities and scheduling conflicts
- Scheduling domestic and international travel arrangements, completing detailed meeting and travel itineraries, and monitoring and completing expense reports in a timely manner
- Consolidating reports and materials for executive meetings, including senior business reviews
- Preparing/editing presentations for senior executive-level meetings
- Interfacing with all levels of the organization and with external customers in a professional and effective manner. Anticipate business and client service needs, demonstrating resourcefulness and critical thinking
- Work collaboratively with other teams in local and global business operations, leveraging appropriate resources to manage, own and minimize administrative tasks for the Managing Director and leadership team members

Qualifications:_**
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of administrative experience at the executive level in a medium to a large corporate environment
- Superior computer skills in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
