We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrator to join our dynamic team. Our Administrator will coordinate with our partners, work closely with the CEO and the Situational Advisor, and will foster positive relationships with the rest of the staff. This role is essential in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- **Data Management & Financial Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Process invoices and prepare expense reports.
- Assist with basic financial tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software
- **Clerical Duties**:

- Maintain calendars and schedule meetings.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Meetings, etc.
- **CEO Support**:

- Assist the CEO with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
- Ensure efficient communication between the CEO and other team members or clients.
- **Adaptable Project Support**:

- Provide administrative assistance tailored to current projects.
- Manage shifting priorities and deadlines based on organizational needs.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A business / business management degree or business administration diploma (considered an asset)
- Experience in office administration
- Proficiency in data management systems and financial tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, or equivalents).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Cultural awareness and a respectful understanding of working with Indigenous communities and organizations.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in consulting or non-profit sectors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 26 months

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
