At Value Liquor Hub, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an office environment and is proficient in administrative tasks.
Job SummaryThe Business Administrator will be responsible for establishing office procedures and routines, answering telephone calls and relaying messages, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory. They will also set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Responsibilities- Determine and establish effective office procedures and routines.

- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with high accuracy.
To be successful in this role, the Business Administrator must have excellent written communication skills, be flexible, organized, and reliable. Proficiency in MS Word is essential. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and a secondary school graduation certificate.
Work EnvironmentThis position requires the ability to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and perform repetitive tasks. The Business Administrator will work on-site at our location, with no option to work remotely.
