**ABOUT ONWARE**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, from supporting helpdesk activities to office operations and logistics. You will be the backbone of our team, ensuring efficiency, responsiveness, and a supportive workplace environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support all helpdesk-related activities, including answering calls, managing low to medium complexity tickets, and providing basic user training.
- Provide support in documenting key processes and procedures based on business needs, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Take charge of all logistics related to external and internal events, keeping our office calendar up to date and ensuring smooth execution.
- Support all office operations to support an efficient, responsive, collaborative, friendly, knowledgeable, forward-thinking team, and workplace environment.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the team.
- Support external communication initiatives and follow up to ensure alignment.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- High School Diploma (Essential). Secondary Certificate or Diploma in related program (Desirable).
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
- Ability to manage tasks, schedules, and files efficiently.
- Ability to interact with clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Accuracy in data entry, proofreading, and record-keeping.
- Ability to identify issues and find solutions independently or with mínimal supervision.
- Handling multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Ability to find information and solve problems using available resources.
- Collaborating with colleagues and supporting other team members.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
